Position:  Commercial Assistant (intern)
Package:  75 Yuan / day


The Position
As commercial assistant, you will support the sales team for administration, l
ogistic issues in order to achieve the sales target, and support the business 
teams in warehousing operation, recording and filling sales documents, involve
 sales activities for the BGs.

You will make and keep office accounting record clearly and correctly, execute
 daily office payment according to company’s procedures.

Main Responsibility:

1.	Ensure supply from all DSM sites to all customers in time
2.	Make frequent communications with major customers to update their short ter
m purchasing plan
3.	Make proposals to improve customer service
4.	Help to manage good payment and credit control for customers.
5.	Monitor sales contract implementation and delivery of ordered materials to 
the customers.
6.	Consolidate monthly reports and sales statistics.

The Ideal:

1.	Senior in university is preferred
2.	Good knowledge of computer software 
3.	Familiar with trading document handling
4.	Strong work experience on input and settlement documents preparation
5.	Very fluent in both spoken and written English
6.	Excellent communication skill, has the ability to manage customers of diffe
rent cultures and professional problem-solving skills
7.	4 days available to work every week
