Job Description

* Have strong interest in Sun products such as JES, Java and JDS
* Strong Java and J2EE programming skills
OR
* Strong C/C++ programming skills on Unix/Linux

* Familiar with Unix/Solaris/Linux OS a plus
* Experience on software internationalization and/or localization a plus
* Skills on script language (Perl, Unix Shell, etc) a plus
* Excellent English and Chinese mandarin communications
* Able to take initiative to do testing
* At least work three days per week in office during at least half of year\'s duration, 1 year preferred
* MS student in Computer Engineering/Science preferred

Job Summary

This intern will work on Solaris x86 driver testing.
Responsibilities could span across an end-to-end testing cycle
including test design, requirement collection, test development, resource planning, test execution, issue tracking, result reporting.

- Be familiar w/ Linux and/or UNIX environment
- Have good knowledge on computer system hardware architecture and hands-on experience with assembling a computer system

- Hands-on programming experience with C & Shell

Job Description
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in technical/marketing event for volume partners.
- Outreach and engage the local ISV(Independent Software Vendor) community to push and
help them to use Sun\'s platform.
- Customer experience survey.
- Track status and progress of the volume partner.
- Assist in GPE/EA website mantainance

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin
- Good command of English in writing,reading and speaking
- Experiences on marketing operations is a big advantage for this postion
- At least be able to work in the Sun Beijing office for 1 year(3 days per week)
- Familiar with technical terms of computer science.
- Major in Computer Engineering/Science preferred

Job Description
