职位描述：
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain embedded firmware for Audio Decoder.
- The candidate will be involved in the whole development cycle including research, design, implementation, system debug, and documentation.
- The job covers understanding existing firmware structure and implementation and improving or adding new features for the product, as well as solving all related compatibility problems.
- When new project is launched, the candidate will be able to move to new firmware development.
Key Competency Requirements:
-Proficiency in C and assembly language.
-Familiar with Audio CODEC standard and principle, at least one of MPEG-1/2 Layer I, II, III. AC-3, DTS, AAC, ...
-Coding experience in RISC processors, DSP and RTOS (ARC, ARM, MIPS, SPARC, ...).
-Knowledge of Computer System Architecture, Data Structure and Language Compiler is a must.
-MS degree and above. BS will be considered if experience justifies.
-Fresh graduates are also welcome, if they are eager and willing to learn.
-Good at English, team player, positive personality.
