职位描述：
Job Scope:
With assistance from supervisor, implement engineering understanding through an effective and efficient way to win company business opportunity over competitors.
Responsibilities
-Design and develop required turbocharger(s) to meet customer’s needs, in line with the product platforms, as to the marketing strategy.
-Issue questionnaire, review input, preparing proposal(s), parts list and qualification requirements for review and approval.
-Create design work requests, prepare for design review, search and procure testing hardware for tests.
-Support on-engine testing, conduct data reduction and design optimization.
-Create ECN to release turbocharger and outline drawing, issue engineering bill of material, complete TRA and/or AQL and its approval.
-Actively communicate with customers to follow up development and qualification of turbocharger on engine.
-Provide technical support to customers in turbocharger, engine testing, vehicle testing, installation, field trouble shooting, and to other functional dept. internally for assigned OEM’s.
-Complete work in compliance with TS 16949 requirements
Requirements:
-University graduate with an engine-related engineering, major on internal-combustion engine with a master degree is preferred.
-Good communication skill with people in both Mandarin and English.
