Job description:
1.Daily work
a) prepare culture medium
b) control the microbiology for AC/MP/BULK/PF
c) Input the inspection results into Infolab
d) specific microorganism identification if microbial growth
e) process water sampling and testing.
f) workshop air quality monitor.
g) hygiene control of product line
2. Daily laboratory management
a) keep equipment clean and shut down after work
b) chemical reagent management
c) contact equipment supplier and DGT ‘microbial team‘ in case of problems
d) instrument calibration
4. microbial validation
a) annual microbiological validation for mobile storage tank, compounding skid and DI water storage and distribution system
b) new skid microbiological quality validation
c) write validation reports and archive all the information and reports
5. Document
a) be familiar and understand related documents (methods, rules…) and apply them in daily work.
6. others
a) monthly quality report
b) technical training for related people
c) DI water checking on conductivity and pH
d) keep and destroy all the finished goods after inspection according the rule of our plant.
