Roles and Responsibilities: 1.Implementation of Readiness Programs & Projects Help PM facilitate and coordinate program/process with multiple teams for call centers Monthly sales Lead reporting and scorecard update Help track taxonomy usage at the early stage (needed in Q2) Data analysis for the key initiative support (call reduction, technical case q uery) Help PM track meeting minutes for the key projects like WPO, NSAT 180 Seek the Change Management System (CMS) to track all the changes in the system Draw the Visio process flow map once the process is documented or updated 2.Tools maintenance Team sharepoint maintenance Process sharepoint design Training sharepoint design Monthly newsletter layout design 3.Other tasks Help translation if needed Qualifications: 1. Computer Science or Graphic Designing major 2. have strong graphic and animation designing ability 3. Familiar with FrontPage, publisher etc. 4. Know how to use Sharepoint Server or have related knowledge 5. Great passion for Microsoft, customers and new technologies 6. Easy going, good team player 7. CET 6 at least 8.
