职位描述/要求：

Major Responsibilities:

a) Provide day-to-day support for IT infrastructure and PC systems

b) Install and upgrade equipment and software following established procedures

c) Maintain logs and related reports as required

d) Responsible for system operations including backups

e) Provide problem solving assistance in one or more technical areas

f) Document applications or technical procedures

e) Printer ,telephone, fax maintenance.

f) Mail maintenance .

Required skills:

a) Familiar with Linux, Windows OS installation

b) Familiar with Linux popular shell commands

c) Familiar with network maintenance

d) Familiar with pc and its assistant devices

e) Familiar with mail maintenance.

f) Familiar with xml .

g) no less than 4 days attendance a week
