素质要求：
1、计算机或相关专业，本科以上学历，对计算机网络有良好的理解；
2、精通Rational，.NET快速开发方法，具备二年以上.NET平台上的项目开发经验，熟练运用C#.NET编程；
3、熟悉C/S的开发，需要对XMLWebService的概念和精髓有深入的理解；
4、熟悉数据库开发，熟悉数据和信息交换多层体系结构；
5、熟悉软件和网络安全；
6、具有良好的动手与自学能力；具较强分析及解决问题能力；
7、具备良好的编程能力、设计能力、撰写技术文档能力，较好的团队协作精神。
其他附加素质：
有一些银行、金融系统知识、linux有开发经验者优先；

This role has Ability to interpret and code based on defined standards. Create technical design & test specifications for application software programs Develop and test application software programs in line with defined methodologies.
Skills Required:
- Strong programming skills using C#;
- Good experience on Web-based technologies: / JSP / javascript / XML ; - Strong relational database skills on MS SQL Server / MS Access;
- Working knowledge on cross platform systems running on Windows XP / Linux;
- Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
Key requirements:
