职位描述/要求：

Main Accountabilities:

1. Keeps the cash receipt/payment book on daily basis, prepares the payment vouchers to ensure the correctness.
2. Completes a monthly stocktaking on cash balance, prepares the bank reconciliation on weekly basis for the review of finance manager.
3. Prepares the staff cash reimbursement, checks all the supporting documents with accuracy and proper authorization.
4. Assists finance manager in applying for the approval of sales invoice issuing from the local tax bureau, completes each procedure in applying of VAT return from the local government.
5. Coordinates the relationships with some local governments (Tax Bureau, Statistics Bureau, Finance Bureau, Bank etc.)
6. Keeps inventory books on monthly basis
7. Assists the finance manager in handling all finance matters with the annual PRC statutory audit, government inspections and annual examination from the local authorities.
8. Coordinates the relationships with other segments (Purchasing, Logistic, Production, HR and Administration).
9. Other tasks assigned by finance manager

Key Requirements:

1. 2 years working experiences in accounting related jobs.
2. Bachelor, accounting background
3. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word
4. Good command of English.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, strong teamwork spirit.
