Job description:
1.To be a hardware engineer in ST's application team, take part in FPGA logic design, embedded hardware and firmware development.
2.To study modern memory subsystem architecture and develop system-level hardware platform for benchmarking.
3.To develop hardware utilities and reference platforms for advanced memory IC.
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor or master degree in Electronic Engineering, with demonstrated project experience on FPGA, 32-bit microprocessor, and peripheral.
2.Deep understanding of FPGA device characters and design toolset. Proficiency in Verilog or VHDL is a must.
Be able to independently perform complex logic module development which covers state-machine deduction, RTL coding, logic synthesis, simulation and testing (functional and timing), implementation and optimization for specific FPGA device.
3.Successful project experience in designing memory controller or bus bridge that works above 100MHz is a strong plus.
4.Knowledge of 32-bit microprocessor, SDRAM and Flash, USB, power regulator, SPI/I2C/UART.
Have board-level design experience that covers schematic design, board debugging, and low-level firmware development (basic device driver and bootloader).
5.Good command of English (written & oral).
