职位描述: Roles & Responsibilities:
-Provide support for customer using Microsoft .NET platform (IIS, Biztalk, etc..)
-Provide technical support to Asia Pacific region premier and professional customers by answering inquires, assisting customer incidents and going onsite to enterprise customer for problem resolution on a timely basis
-Provide pre-emptive support through KBIS, technical articles and sample programs.
-Uphold consistent processes and case handling standards according to standard
-Participate in projects that benefit the Product Support Services (PSS) Department.
-Provide 24*7 support on mission critical problem for enterprise customer
Qualifications:
-Good development skills on C++ / .NET; knowledge in SDK would be an advantage
-Good understanding on network: TCP/IP & HTTP
-Some experience in Web/Browser, Enterprise Application Integration project would be an advantage
-Good command of English in oral and written;
-Enterprise experience, and troubleshooting skills preferred;
-Positive-thinking, team-working, quick-learner, self-challenging;
