职位描述：
法国最大的跨国集团之一，为企业和公共机构提供专业的服务，以及酒店连锁业务，现因业务需要招聘以下职位：
1.MISSION使命或目标：
Formulate and implement sales strategies to drive the growth and development of corporate and individual sales to meet the overall sales target and service standard to be in line with the company's goals and objectives
2.MAIN TASKS主要工作职责：
1.Responsible for developing & executing overall sales plan
2.Oversees the daily operations of the corporate sales, tele-sales and customer service department
3.Build & maintain strategic relationships with key customers
4.Support, train & develop the sales team on various sells tactics and activities to achieve sales targets
5.Responsible for daily administrative & performance update of the Sales Department
6.Develop and recommend commission scheme and other incentive to motivate team member
7.Develop other possible sales, distribution channels
8.Ensure service standard is met with the company’s objective
9.Work closely with the marketing department to develop sales oriented marketing activities
10.Make recommendations to optimize resources and processes
11.Assist in any other jobs that may be assigned by the Business Development Director from time to time
MINIMA PROFILE职位需求：
College degree or above.
Strong experience in Sales management.
Quality of Service oriented
Result oriented, able to take pressure and maintain high pressure on the team
Good command of English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
