职位描述：
-This key position is for someone interested in developing leading edge telecommunications products.
-Interact with North American design teams to provide input for next generation optical designs.
-Work closely with design engineers, manufacturing and external vendors to solve issues with optical components.
-Contribute to the transfer of new products to Asian manufacturing sites and subsequent cost reductions.
-Contribute to DFMEA, PFMEA, and DOE in the product design phase for performance and reliability validation.
-Technical support to supplier and customer inquires and issues return material authorization, and failure analysis.
