Position: Training Specialist
Responsibilities:
 To coordinate induction programs.
 Support training courses.
 Training material translation and training course interpreting.
 Support department administration.
 To ensure head count under budget by initiating and tracking process
of recruiting, labor contract extending, internal transfer and leaving.
Requirements:
 Fluent English in verbal and written, TEM-8 is a must;
Outstanding communication and planning skills;
 Identify with core values of B&Q;
 Computer skill of Microsoft is needed.
For those intern candidates, at least 3 working days a week is requ
ired.
