Welcome to Integration and Verification (I&V) Department Recruitment post. Ericsson, as a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment, not only keeps moving a big amount of business to China, but also concentrates on increasing its Research and Development technique.

Vacancies are available for the position of I&V engineer. This recruitment is intended to further enhance the development capacity in China Technology and R&D, and strengthen Ericsson R&D Centre in Beijing. We highly appreciate your great participation. The following is the information of this recruitment.

Title: Integration and Verification Engineer

Position Description:

1). In order to achieve the above tasks, the candidates must have very solid technology background and excellent communication skills. Ericsson (China) R&D Centre is an international company and has a very close relationship with experts and companies all over the world, therefore, besides great initiative spirit, excellent English skills are strongly required. This is not only for good understanding of Ericsson products, but also for deeply technical discussion with the other colleagues and cooperators.

2). I&V department is increasing its capacity and coming to a world-wide leading position in Radio Base Station. Consequently, the candidates must have great leadership with a general structure of projects and products.

Required Skills:
Bachelor or Master degree of first level Universities
Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
Initiative and positive personal personality
Outstanding leadership and willing to be the team leader
in the near future
Fluent English speaking and writing
Development potential
Excellent communication skills
Willing to focus on the technology field and be the specialist
Knowledge of below preferred for some positions:
Electromagnetic Compatibility
Unix
Radio
