职位描述：
Job Duties:
1.Organize and maintain an up-to-date filing system that provides quick and efficient reference to safeguard confidentiality & ensure easy retrieval
2.Support AFR/OFR colleagues to prepare reports
3.Assist in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings
4.Organize and minute monthly department meetings.
5.Process new Travel and Purchase Requisitions for department investments.
6.Obtain necessary approvals for all purchase/travel requisitions
职位职责：
1.组织和更新各类文档系统，使其提供最快捷有效的参考资料，并维护保密资料及确保信息的方便提取；
2.帮助空运/海运部门的同时准备各类报告书；
3.协助会议材料的准备；
4.组织和记录月度的部门会议要点；
5.处理部门需要的新的出差和采购的申请
6.获得各类出差、采购提请的必要审批
Requirements:
Bachelor degree
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Good communication skills
Good computer and software operation skill (PC spreadsheet, Excel, and Word etc.);
Teamwork player, self-initial and result-oriented
Studying students are also welcome
