职位描述：
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
oInterface between the Company and SKF China regional IT Manager
oDeploy & Maintain a suitable IT system in the Company, follow and maintain IT sourcing process, coordinated with SKF IT Manager in China for group standard compliance
oFacilitate and support consolidation initiatives for business applications eg, iScala, Siebel, APIPro etc. Promotes IT Best Practices for systems, tools and applications
oEnsure state-of-art hardware/software environment in line with SKF standards and policies
oResponsible for the deployment of SKF Standards for PC/LAN configuration and network connections (LAN/WAN)
oResponsible for the deployment of SKF Security Policies and Standards (I-SMS)
oOrganize and facilitate internal training & routine support to end users
The position holder will report to Finance Controller of the company.
Required skills and working experience:
Business oriented, excellent experience & understanding of business
Processing. ERP/SCM/CRM project implementation experience is must
有EPR/SCM/CRM项目执行经验
Good project management and coordination skill
Data analysis capability , good experience of data tools like BI Crystal, Access, Reporting server, etc.
PC, Server, Network SW & HW setup and troubleshooting skill (skilled)
Self starter with high ethics and target oriented
ERP /CRM system master, iScala and Seibel will be a big plus
Crystal Report Designer, Crystal Enterprise, Access, Excel, ODBC/ADO
Active Directory, Lotus Notes, CA Unicenter or MS-SMS ,Citrix

主要职责（包括但不限于）：
o负责公司和斯凯孚中国区IT管理的衔接
o负责配置及维护适合公司的IT系统，跟踪及维护IT采购流程，配合斯凯孚中国区IT经理实施集团的标准
o主动推动并支持业务实施， 如： Scala, Siebel APIPro 等，促进IT系统、 工具的最佳应用
o确保规定的软、硬件环境符合斯凯孚标准和政策
o负责斯凯孚的电脑、局域网配置及网络链接（局域网、万维网）
o负责斯凯孚安全策略和标准的实施
o组织并推动内部培训，对终端用户的日常支持
该职位将向公司的财务总监报告工作。
职位所需技能与工作经验：
以业务为导向，经验丰富并能熟悉业务
有EPR/SCM/CRM项目执行经验
出色的项目管理和合作技巧
有数据分析能力，有使用数据处理工具的经验，如：BI Crystal，Access，Reporting server等
懂得电脑，服务器，网络建立并有解决问题的能力
懂得自我激励，高尚操守，以结果为导向
掌握ERP/CRM系统，懂得Scala 和Seibel有限考虑
了解Crystal Report Designer，Crystal Enterprise，Access，Excel，ODBC/ADO
了解Active Directory，Lotus Notes，CA Unicenter or MS-SMS，Citrix
