The job contents are algorithm/architecture design and analysis, including baseband and radio  resource management, of wireless communications system.  Basically, we\'d like to start from two  systems :    
   
1.  WCDMA related : the key technologies of 3GPP R5 (HSDPA), R6(HSUPA) and even R7.    
2.  GSM/GPRS/EDGE related : the single antenna interference cancellation (SAIC) technology  and dual transfer mode (DTM) technology.    
   
In mid-to-long term, the key technologies of the systems, such as TDS-CDMA and Wi-MAX, would  be very possible within our scope.    
   
The candidates should have the following background :    
1. familiar with the wireless communications system    
2. excellent in baseband signal processing theory, such as detection and estimation,   
statistical  signal processing, channel coding theory, synchronization, etc.    
3. Ph.D. degree would be better, but not limited to.
