Main Responsibilities:
·Authoring user guides, reference manuals, online help and other end user documents for software products
·Archiving and updating existing documents
·Collaborating with corporate technical writing activities to ensure synchronized writing tools and styles
·Product document translation and GUI internationalization
Main Requirements:
·College degree holder of information technology
·Good knowledge of Acrobat, FrameMaker and HTML/XML preferred
·Excellent writing skills
·Correctness, conciseness and fluency in both English and Chinese language
·Good communication skills with subject matter experts, engineers and product marketing people
·Willing to learn and good comprehension of technical topics
·Efficient, organized, and able to work under least supervision
·Telecom background preferred
