Position information: 
This is a research position focusing on interference mitigation technologies i
nvestigation in next generation wireless networks. PHY and MAC or PHY-MAC cros
s layer technologies are all involved to mitigate interference among cells or 
among multiple users within one cell. The technologies are evaluated via syste
m level and/or link level simulations. 
Office location: 22nd floor, Shanghai Mart Tower@ Yan’an Road (west) 2299#
Requirements: Graduate or Ph.D candidates. Can work full time (5days/week) for
 3-6 months or more. 
Detailed requirements are:
1.Wireless communication background. 
2.Familiar with: 
1)Communication system theories.
2)MIMO-OFDM(A), antenna diversity, MU-MIMO, adaptive transmission, system inte
rference analysis. 
3)Wireless system simulation using Matlab and/or c/c++
4)TD-SCDMA/WCDMA, WiMAX PHY/MAC protocols
3.Ability of analyzing and solving problems independently. 
4.Team working. 
5.Good command of English
