职位描述/要求：

Location: Shanghai / 工作地点 ：上海

Key responsibilities / 主要职责 :

Prepare and following up for contracts with customers.
Following up with materials booking.
Following up with shipping schedule, shipment of materials and shipping documents transfer.
Management of inventories.
Assisting sales people chasing payments from customers.
Prepare monthly and yearly sales records and figures for each sales group.
Assisting sales promotion activities, such as seminars and exhibitions.
Making the visiting and traveling arrangements and doing secretary jobs, such as mailing, typing and copying

Qualification / 资历要求：

University graduate, majoring in international business is preferred.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese mandarin.
Strong skills in conversation face to face and by phone.
Strong skills in typing and using computer and internet.
