职位描述: Responsibilities:
1. To assisst Branch Manager to manage Branch Office overall,including HR, Financial and Sales Admin function.
2. Handle the orders from AD and be responsible for SFA.
3. Provide data analysis and report according to BM's request.
4. Provide general affairs support to BO staffs such as stationery, POP allocation, etc.
5. Provide admin support to Retail Management Dept. and Key Account Dept. including report generation, fileing,etc.
Requirements:
1. Academic/Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, secretary related major is prefered.
2. Working Experiences:
General administration such as sectretary, sales admin, general affairs.
3. Expertise/Skills & Personal Attributes:
Very well PC skills, good communication in English both in reading and writing.
