Within China, we currently have one vacancy for a Turbomeca Field Representative. As part of an expanding Field Support team, the representative will service Chinese customers providing total customer care.
The candidate should be PRC citizen and have previous experience in maintenance and engine support of rotor wing aircraft,particularly with working knowledge of Turbomeca engines and products.Proficiency in verbal and written English is also required.The position involves troubleshooting,concise reporting of technical issues to the technical support organization in order to secure early resolution and customer training.The Field representative will have commercial awareness in order to communicate and act as professional first point of contact with the customer on any matters arising. The candidate must be willing to travel as required to the customer sites.
The position is based in Shenzhen.
