- Manages, controls and continuously improves financial performance within assigned region. - Supporting Regional GM and business teams to deliver financial and business goals Main Responsibility Areas - Responsible for business results specifically through making recommendations on strategic scenarios and participating in the strategy process in respective financial area. - Leads the preparation of new business plans and participating in upper-level management decision to proceed/not proceed. - Facilitates business-decision making by taking responsibility for investment and/or customer financing proposals. - Manages risks/setting credit limits and responsible for highlighting financial variations to provide early warning to management. - Leads the preparation, analysis and reporting input for PRC planning process timelines and deliverables and facilitating planning process implementation. - Initiates and leads continuous improvement of processes, systems and training in global F&C related areas and approving SOPs.
