职位描述：
主要职责/Responsibility
 Operate all incoming/outgoing phone calls and take good care of the telephone System
 Book flight or train ticket as per needs and make reservation for hotel
 Receive all visitors and keep good order the reception system
 Manage and handle stationary, all mails and express etc. and make relative bookkeeper
 Handle office expense payment application
 Act some secretarial function
 Do what is necessary in office issues and some HR activities.
 Other assignments by direct supervisor

职位要求/Requirement
 College graduated or above
 At least 1year related working experience
 Proficient MS office skills
 Good communication style, nice, smart , service-oriented
 Good manner, detailed minded and sense of urgency and quality
