职位描述: Primary Objectives
Ensures effective implementation of customer order processing under minimal direction, so as to maintain good customer relationships and high levels of satisfaction
Job Responsibilities
1.Order Management ---
Data entry and management of customer orders;
Checks inventory on hand before progress Sales Order;
Advises customers when requested delivery dates cannot be met and updates Oracle SO;
Advises sales reps when customer price on order is incorrect;
Responds to customer enquiries regarding products availability and order status;
Tracks weekly open orders;
Others order related customer maintenance with finance AR;
2.Supply Execution / Fulfillment ---
Establishes strong supplier relationships to ensure delivery of service;
Provides follow-up with suppliers in event of quality problem;
coordinates claims for damaged and short shipments
Allocates stocks to orders, timly releases orders to warehouse for pick, pack and invoice and ship;
Provides after sales service, eg. Credit returns, invoice discrepancies, backorder management and participates in the recall and product return process.
3.Customer Relationship ---
Receivables champion;
Tracks and reconciles customer receivables with credit notes/ invoices;
follows up to determine whether product has been delivered to customers;
Establishes rapport with customer; recognises special needs of customers and offers additional assistance as required; renders service to customers in response to their requests; renders service to customers without delay;
Responds to customer who have problems which may be out of normal areas of responsibility, e.g. handles directly, makes appropriate referral;
Ensures that customers' complaints are properly understood; determines what customers feel are acceptable solutions to their situations
4.Others Financial action ---
Review Monthly payment with Finance
Qualifications & Attributes
Accurate data entry skills;
Good communication skills;
Strong organisational, analytical & teaming skills;
Understand the seriousness of deadlines;
Fluent English in written and oral;
Experience on customer service and supply chain management
