Research and development of offshore software development methodology and supporting environment.
要求学历：
Master with 2 years' working experience or Bachelor with 5 years' working experience
要求专业：CS,SE or related
要求经验：
Familiar with software engineering and related knowledge
Large experiences of project management, especially offshore project management
Familiar with object-oriented programming
Familiar with software configuraton management system
要求技能：Strong development and project management ability
要求外语：熟练的英语或日语会话能力
