Job Duty (工作职责描述) Assistant Dept. Manager to arrange Marketing & Sales Dept. daily agenda 协助部门经理安排日常事务 Composing, translation and editing of communication documents 起草、翻译和编辑部门的往来文件 Be responsibility for ordering, production and management of marketing materials: advertisements, gifts, company websites and etc 负责市场宣传产品的订购，生产和管理，如：广告、礼品、公司网站等 Assist in Product presentation, exhibition, meeting, seminar or other marketing activity organizing 协助组织公司产品的发布会、展会、会议、研讨会和其他各类市场活动 Any other secretarial tasks assigned by the Dept. Manager 部门经理指派的其他任务 Specialized Subject专业 Bachelors degree or above in Business/Language/Administration subject 本科及以上学历，商务/语言/行政/商务类专业毕业 Skills技能 - Excellent command in English, both written and spoken, and good translation ability，special in Germany 英语听、学、写流行，良好的英语翻译能力(会德语尤佳) -Proficient MS Office ( PPT/EXCEL/WORD) 熟练运用各类办公室软件 -Must be proficient in drawing software( Photoshop/illustrater/Framemaker) 必须熟练运用PS/illustrater/Framemaker等作图、排版软件 -Good ability on communication and coordination 良好的人际沟通、组织协调能力 -Self-motivation, hard-working, strong team-work spirit 工作积极主动、认真，很强的团队合作精神 备注：欢迎在校本科三年制的学生应聘，所有应聘资料上须注明"实习生or Internship"字样 联系方式：
