职位描述: Reporting to Financial controller
Job description
- Office general service: Office phone answering, visitor service, courier arrangement, office supplies ordering and etc
- Travel arrangement: air tickets / hotel booking, airport pick-up arrangement, Visa service, business van usage arrangement and etc
- Office equipment maintenance: PC, printer, fax machine, copy machine server, broadband, network and etc
- Marketing service: exhibition/event support, brochures/posters and etc
- Other ad hoc assignment if necessary
Requirement
- College degree or above
- Moderate written and oral English communication skills
- Good Microsoft office software skills
- Pro-active working attitude
- Be able to work independently and under pressure
- Relevant working experiences is appreciated but not a must
- Self motivator and high commitment to the fast growing business environment
