Pop English TV 泡泡英语 is about making English language fun to learn and accessible to all Chinese. Pop English features a hip English-On-The-Road online TV show hosted by Viviana Sun, a familiar face on Chinese TV (an MTV VJ and SMG Host ww***com[点击查看]).
The Pop English online portal (ww***.TV[点击查看]) creates a virtual community for students and tutors and provides a multitude of resources related to learning and teaching English in China and abroad.

行政助理：（兼职）

职位工作描述：

为主管组织安排工作表，包括内部外部事务。
执行主管要求的行政职责，包括制表、传真、复制图片、数据搜索。
进行一定的信息收集、市场分析。
为所有分类信息保密。
安排会议、培训和面试室的工作表。
会议中积极发言并且保证良好的部门间的交流。
根据要求起草客户信件，定制工作期望和外部代理。

办公室和职员管理：

协助金融主管。
接收各个部门的报告并交给主管。
确保所有部门间的良好交流。
告知职员新指示和会议。

要求：
协助金融主管。
每周、每月、每年向FD汇报财政报告。
做好基本的账目、簿记、账单、货品计价。
准备、维持、更新职员资料（培训、职员列表）和各种相关报告（如旷工记录、营业额）。

其他：
保证popenglish的服务质量和对公司在职的兴趣。
与其他部门发展强而有力的客户关系并且致力于建立有效率的沟通流程。
参与popenglish的讨论组并为其创新。

工资：800元/月（5元/小时）
