职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
Help category teams to track CPR generated by Repeat/Re-source business, Replacement projects, VBA improvements and Below-the-line savings
Produce monthly reports for KAL Trading Meetings and Management Meeting
Assist administration of annual VBA process including documentation, Terms Database and analysis of YOY improvements
Perform half-year and year-end variance analysis of rebate collections in-line with negotiated VBAs
Research Asian commodity and currency prices. Produce monthly KAL Commodity Tracker and publish across Kingfisher businesses
Support bi-annual review of Vendor Classifications with necessary analysis, presentation and follow-up.
Work closely with KAL Category teams, Finance and IT. Also key OpCo stakeholders such as DSO, Commercial Finance and CPR Teams
Requirements:
Work Experience:
1 year of related experience
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills. Analytical with good attention to detail. Good organization skills and able to make sense of large amounts of complex data.
Proficient in using MS software i.e. EXCEL and POWERPOINT.
Educational Qualification:
Background and/or a keen interest in finance or accounting would be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications.
Industrial / Product Knowledge:
Solid grasp of financial analysis and strong commercial acumen with experience in sourcing business preferred
Languages:
Fluent in English and Mandarin
