职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.You will be the Talent Pool employee for Field Operation Engineer position
2.You will be trained both on-the-job and off-the-job about SMT industry, relevant functions and jobs within 6-9 months
3.You will be selected to different jobs in China after the training, such as locate at Shanghai, Suzhou, Kunshan and Shenzhen, etc
4.You will be assigned to technical positions(will be assessed according to your performance during training period and your personal aspirations)
Job Requirements:
·University students major in Electronic Engineer, Manufacturing and related disciplines.(Grade 4 or Grade 3 students)
·Energetic, team playing, good communication skills and good interpersonal skills and good command of English
·Willing to learn, discipline
·Intern 6-9 months, 4-5 days works, on-site support and shift duty required
