职位描述/要求：

- Providing administrative support to HR and Admin Dept.
- Operating, maintaining and controlling an effective follow-up system
- Internal and external Information distribution
- Interfacing and communicating with dealers and other Departments on various issues
- Coordinating logistics, schedule, meetings and arrangements for visitors, customers and suppliers.
- Assistance to the team members may be needed.

Requirements:

- University diploma or equivalent.
- Be in the last year of just finished a business school, have first year experience is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Be proficient with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, IE, Outlook.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Customer Oriented, quick-learner and good team player.
- Detail focused and do not overlook things.
- Well organized.
- Undergraduate student is acceptable.
