职位描述：
Main Responsibilities as a Business Analyst:
Support consultants to work more effectively
Collect, file and prepare client documents
Maintain close client relationship and follow up with clients
Arrange meetings and travel plans for consultants
Handle independent business project under supervision;
Act as an interpreter in client meetings
Process raw data and create clean data graph
Analyze clean data and draft reports
Other administrative work
Main Responsibilities as Marketing/PR Specialist:
Manage media relationsexternal affairs
Develop marketing materials, including product brochures, company brochures and company newsletters.
Organize open executive seminars, forums, cocktail parties, annual dinners and other marketing activities to promote HCD's corporate image
Assist in organizing HCD's campus recruitment programs, ensuring HCD's corporate image is properly communicated during various recruitment events in China and overseas
Maintain and update company website
Key Competencies Required:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills (candidates need to go through two rounds of written and oral English tests)
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Result-oriented
Creative thinking
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills combined with ability to influence the internal and external environments to build support for and implement new ideas, concepts and initiatives
Other requirements:
University degree in Marketing, English, Psychology or equivalent from an accredited university in China or overseas
Solid track record
Previous working experience in advertising or media is plus but not must
