职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
Extend, expand and integrate relationships with prospective organizations and clients
Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients in order to gain trust and respect
Evaluate new business opportunities and initiate selling processes
Negotiate contracts and close deals with the support from senior consultants/BD Director/Key Account Manager
Promote company's products and services
Key Competencies Required:
Good communication and planning skills
Mature and professional attitude: ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Result-oriented and detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills
Outgoing, tenacious and optimistic
Should be a quick learner, team player and have strong follow-up abilities
Passionate and committed to producing quality work, copes well with heavy workload and pressure
Comprehensive knowledge of HR management or marketing is a plus
Other Requirements:
University degree in English, Psychology or equivalent from an accredited university in China or overseas
Bilingual in English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills (candidates need to go through two rounds of written and oral English tests)
Proficient at Excel and PowerPoint
Previous work experience with professional services firm a plus
