Job Decription:
1.Prepare screeners and invitation letters for recruitment.
2.Assist to deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure the interviewers are clear about the purposes and logic of the flow of the screening questionnaires.
3.Liaise with fieldwork operations to ensure the progress of recruitment is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays.
4.Assist senior members on the logistical organization of focus groups.
5.Assist senior members on analysis and draft report to present easy-to-read and meaningful linkage to conclusions.
6.Assist in proposal preparation and cost estimation to achieve competitiveness and cost effectiveness.
7.Assist senior members on ad hoc projects as assigned.
8.Moderating in-depth interviews and focus groups under senior's supervision and guidance.
Job Requirement:
1.Full time university graduate, major in marketing preferred.
2.Enthusiastic and willing to work hard.
3.Willing to travel and well-planned & detail oriented.
4.Good communication skill both in mandarin and English.
5.Basic office software application skill required.
6.Good communication and interpersonal skill.
7.Previous experience in marketing research related industry an advantage.
