职位描述: Provide onsite support for all systems (PCs, servers, laptops, printers, switch, router, etc.)
Setup, install and troubleshoot LAN, WAN and PC hardware under the direction of corporate, such as network connectivity, software proper registration, backup and performance issues etc.
Work with corporate on any urgent initiatives (e.g. software upgrades, operating system (o/s) upgrades, anti virus updates, etc.)
Responsible for the company's local website setting-up, daily maintenance and update.
Provide system orientation and training for new employees.
Perform other duties assigned by company and corporate.
Requirements:
B.S.Degree in Technical discipline. (Computer Science or Information Systems preferred).
A+ and MCSE certifications preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic and documentation skills.
Ability to multi task.
Uncompromised integrity in following company's security enforcement policies.
Familiar with ERP application
