If you answered yes to these questions then we have a position for you as we build the China ATC-based development, test, PM and UA team for hosting solutions! The Microsoft Communications Sector hosting solution unit is looking for a User Assistance Lead to join our ranks to help define and deliver the next generation of commercial service solutions on MS technology based out of the ATC in China.
We deliver solutions to the hosting community to help them offer services hosted on the Windows platform (e.g. Web hosting, Data hosting with SQL Server, Hosted Exchange, SharePoint and hosting).Our solutions include code for automation and provisioning, customized analytics for reporting through MOM and SQL Reporting services, automated multi-server deployment technology and extensive guidance on operations, sales and marketing, channel management and marketing.

The UA lead will be someone knowledgeable about standard tools and efficiencies in user assistance, familiar with standards and guidelines for MS technical documentation, have the ability to convey this information on an ongoing basis to vendors or FTEs.
You should have the ability to work with both vendors and FTE's and manage simultaneous UA projects to deadline. As lead, you will work closely with the Redmond UA manager and team to understand the goals and vision of Hosting solutions user assistance and manage your team to those goals.
