职位描述：
Working Location/工作地点：Shanghai/上海
Requirements/要求：
-University degree with major in Human Resources or Business Administration;
-Experience in in-house human resource is preferred;
-Deep understanding of internal corporate hr process;
-Knowledge in local labor law and policy;
-Self-motivated, able to handle multi-task and can work under pressure;
-Able to deliver results before deadlines, and internal customer oriented;
-Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-Team player;
-Good command of written and oral English, CET6 is a must;
-Good PC skill.
-大学本科学历，人力资源或工商管理专业；
-有相关人力资源工作经验优先；
-熟悉企业内部人力资源工作流程；
-熟悉本地劳动法规；
-自我激励，能够处理多重工作，能在压力下工作；
-结果导向，有较强的客户意识；
-良好的人际沟通技能；
-良好的团队合作精神；
-良好的英语沟通能力，必须通过CET6；
-计算机应用熟练。
