Location: Zhang Jiang, Shanghai
Job Description:
Interview scheduling
Recruitment system updating
New employee onboard preparation
Invoicing administration
Other daily admin support to HR team
Educational & Other Requirements:
Second year postgraduate student or the forth year undergraduate student major in HR, business management, Administration or other related majors with the great interest in HRM.
Excellent written and oral English skills
Team work spirit and quick learning capability
Previous working experience in HR filed in multinational company is preferred
Female preferred due to work contents
Pls. make sure you can work at least 4 days per week lsating 6 months, we will not consider anyone who can not satisfy this requirement.
