Job Title:
Inside Sales Representative (6-month)
Altera

Job Responsibilities

- Handle sample request and allocation request from distributors and FAE.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and produce sales forecast based o
n information collected from distributors. 
- Act as a CIS contact to maintain list, handle changes, update new account re
quest and process license request.
- Molson User creation and maintenance for distributors. 
- Follow up price protection.
- Coordinate POS adjustment and transfer business.
- Develop and provide training to related parties to ensure they are following
 Altera policies and procedures. 
- Handle quotations, enquiries and expedite orders.
- Administer the University Program.

Job Requirements

- University graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience in sales/marketing 
administration role in multinational companies, preferably from semiconductor/
hi-tech industries. 
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, independent and initiative
- Self-motivated and able to work as a team player
- Good spoken and written English is required.
