The BMC/RSA (Baseboard Management Controller/Remote Supervisor Adapter) team i
n IBM CSTL (China Systems & Technology Lab) Shanghai is  recruiting interns si
nce Jan, 2007. The detail information is as following:

Job Responsibilities:
IBM eServer System x (xSeries) Baseboard Management Controller/Remote Supervis
or Adaptor (BMC/RSA) is to monitor, control and manage IBM eServer System x se
rver products. CSTL BMC/RSA team are working with IBM Raleigh Lab and are resp
onsible for development of new components for new releases, new System x serve
rs support, WW PE/PCR level 3 support work.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent system programming skills in C and Linux (or other embedded system
)
- Smart, quicker learner and strong problem analysis skill
- Excellent and professional communication skills; good command of English
- Excellent team player
- Experience in firmware and device driver development is a plus

Qualifications:(Degree/Major/Certificates)
- Degree: MS or BS degree, major in CS or equivalent
- Prior firmware/hardware development experience is a plus.
