职位描述: Responsibiltiy:
This role will be the lead analyst to:
Provide central closing coordination; task that would include but not limited to the below list:
Execute and coordinate month end and year-end financial closing tasks per SAP closing schedule for all Honeywell Aerospace International sites.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reports are generated after closing.
Work with SAP implementation team, business teams and Aero FCOE to resolve closing issues such as interface postings error handling, cost center/ profit center allocations, reconciliation of FI, CO, PCA and CO-PA, etc.
Conduct mock close training sessions for sites going live with SAP.
Work with legacy closing teams to ensure consolidations are reconciled.
Keep issues log and lessons learned to improve closing process.
Support Post Go Live Aero Level business processes.
Work with SBU Finance and IT leadership to resolve functional and technical issues.
Execute Aero reconciliations within SAP such as inter/ intra company transactions.
Maintain Finance master data in SAP for all International company codes. This would include GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, etc.
Work with businesses and IT COE to determine appropriate additional SAP functionality to be used.
"Assist" in ongoing SAP implementation.
Participate in Aero level decisions for International sites.
Help with the design of AERO level business process for things such as Taxware, Corporate interfaces and Business Objects reporting solution.
Help with the integration testing of SAP processes.
This position will assure the SAP system is successfully migrated from a deployment mode to a production mode for all international sites.
Provide basic support for the end users of Hyperion Essbase
Restart Essbase application when needed
Reset passwords
Answer basic questions
Key Success Factors:
Ramp up of the International FCOE in conjunction with the International rollouts.
Meets deadlines and project deliverables with high quality.
Can work remotely, in a different times zone with limited supervision.
Is recognized as an expert supporting the FI/CO modules of SAP and accounting for international companies.

Experience/Education required:
Strong accounting background, preferably with a certification similar to the US CPA's, CMA's or MBA's.
Thorough understanding of month-end closing processes and broad financial business process knowledge.
Experience with working in multi-divisional, multi-currency and multi-country environment.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP R/3 4.6c/ 4.7 , including FI/CO modules and system integration inside and outside of SAP.
Experience with conducting training sessions preferred
Experience with SAP implementation preferred
Experience with Hyperion products (Essbase, Enterprise and/or HFM) a plus
