A new company needs an Office Assistant. The right person will be motivated, communicate confidently and be able to demonstrate being resourceful. Managing their own time as well as the projects they are working on is very important.
The main areas of responsibility are Office Administration and Research. The job will require the successful applicant to manage daily office duties (70% of time) and carry some product and basic research (20% of time) and personal assistant to the directors (10%). Some travel will be required from time to time. Exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to learn, grow and be apart of a fun team.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
Responsible for answering phone
Setting appointments
Arranging couriers and shipping
Some translation of documents and verbal conversations (English<->Chinese)
Office filing: projects, trade library etc
Managing supplier database
Personal Assistant to Directors
Helping the directors to co-ordinate various tasks:
Manage aiyi, some shopping, arranging transport etc
