职位描述/要求:
Reporting To: Regional sales Manager
Person(s) Reporting to Job Holder: None

Functional Relationship(s):

· Sales Specialists for Laboratory, T&H, CW&D, Industrial Scales
· Technical Sales Consultants
· Key Account Sales Team
· Marketing team
· Services Manager

Main Job Functions:

· To devise and implement a dealer/distribution policy by personal activity and through the activities of the sales specialists (Product Specialists)

· To promote within the area dealer network the Sartorius and Acculab range of balances, lab instruments and industrial scales to achieve the agreed sales and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities and Priorities:

· Evaluate and understand the capabilities of all dealers and decide on the appropriate product portfolio to match their profile.
· Ensure that all dealers are visited on a regular basis and that Sartorius dealer products are effectively represented utilising all the channels available. Work closely with the direct sales (key account) team to assist in this objective.
· Set and monitor agreed sales targets for each dealer based on their product portfolio and set discount levels following general guidelines to reflect this. Emphasis should be on priority representation of Sartorius group products in their catalogue and by their sales team.
· Organise and maintain the appropriate text and images for catalogue entries in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Manager.
· Organise and run training courses for dealer sales teams with both existing and new products.
· Devise and monitor (where appropriate) suitable incentive schemes for dealers.
· Collect and communicate (where able) information about competitor activity, pricing, product placement etc.
· Organise and run micro market communication campaign through local dealers

Performance Objective(s):

· Achieve turnover targets as agreed on a monthly as well as yearly basis.

Target(s):

· Sales targets will be agreed annually with sales manager and notified in writing at the start of each sales year.
