职位描述：
Working as an customer training coordinator, supports education engineers to provide training service to cusotmers; provides logistic support to the training course attendees in Agilent Shanghai training cite from full direction, including course arrangement and process handling, material preparation, hotel room and ticket booking, lunch arrangement and certification preparation and so on; runs customer post-training survey to collect customer feedback and works out regular reports monthly.
Provides administrative support in education organization to support personnel, including call management, documentation creation and office automation assistance and facilities management.
College degree is a must; careful in doing things; easy-going with people; good team worker.
prefer one year customer service experience.
