Support Consultant – Center of Expertise  (30－50名)

SAP 全球技术支持中心计划在上海, 南京, 杭州三地举行2007春季校园招聘, 计划挑选30
－50名 Support Consultant – Center of Expertise.  
我们将于1月20日至25日间选择两天进行所有招聘流程, 面试结果于第二日当场告知每位参
加的同学. 
第一天       10am – 12am      笔试                (有意向的同学均可参加) 
第二天       9am – 17pm       集体面试         (笔试通过的同学将被通知参加) 

             13pm – 21pm      一对一面试     (通过集体面试的同学将被通知参加)

What we expect from you: 
•       Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science, Engineering
, Maths and Physics  (Master degree is preferred)
•       Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written Englis

•       A real team player who learns and adapts quickly in an internati
onal environment 
•       Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and un
der tight deadlines 

The Job Responsibilities: 
•       Location: Shanghai 
•       Provide first class on-site support to our Global Customers like
•       Solving technical and application problems 
•      Optimization of business processes and solution operation 
•      Improvement of system availability and stability 
•      Onsite support in critical customer situations (going live, upgra
de etc.) 
•      Performance optimization 
•       Customer project evaluation and risk mitigation of implementatio
n projects 
•       Back-office support for onsite service delivery 
•       Message processing and solving of critical customer messages
