Process Engineer（工艺工程师）-----应届研究生招聘
Objective and Purpose of Position:
1.Responsible for providing process engineering support to production Line with emphasis on process improvement and BOM, SOP improvement.
2.Transfer technology from Johnson Matthey overseas and establish local process technical standards.
3.Support improvement projects with technical / engineering, such as capacity and efficiency, quality and other.
Specific Accountabilities Essential to Acceptable Job Performance
1.Support production line for troubleshoots on materials, process and production problems, making recommendations for resolutions.
2.Develop, review and implement process application methods and procedure, focusing on continuous improvement as per requirement of quality system TS16949.
3.familiarity and practical experience with PDCA and use of FMEA analysis, manufacturing process control plans, process capability studies, and statistical process control applications required.
4.Be the central contact person in the technology transfer from JM overseas facilities.
5.Recommend and implement alternative processing technologies to meet defined needs.
6.Coach and train all engineers to improve the technique and engineering skills.
Job Requirements:
1.A master degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
2.Demonstrated ability to analyze and make recommendations regarding issues, improvements, materials.
3.Good communication skill, active working attitude and a good team player.
4.Fluent in English.

Quality Assistant（质量助理）
Objective and Purpose of Position:
The incumbent is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all QC laboratory equipment. The technician is also responsible for carrying out the quality analysis procedures in order to effect the production of high quality products. The incumbent must exercise care in laboratory work and keep extreme clear, accurate records for all work performed.
Specific Accountabilities Essential to Acceptable Job Performance:
工作职能：
1.学习理解并安排所有器械流程，包括分析流程、维修流程来确保良好的分析和设备运行。
2.及时正确处理实验室分析包括：X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer, Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, PH/Viscosity meter, Particle Size Analyzer, Surface Area Measurement, Microwave Solid Analyzer, Lab. Grinder, Pellet Press.
3.提供整洁正确的所有实验室工作报告。
4.保持所有器械良好工作，能够做简单的问题处理和维修。
5.检查所有不正常分析数据并协助解决。
6.管理实验室化学品和器械的储存，以及外面卖主定期检修的时间表。
