职位描述: This position is to provide standard services to both APL's internal and external customers, coordinate with other functions to provide world-class customer service.
Accountabilities:
-Provide accountable & reliable consultant services to external customer, mainly measured by ACD phone call performance;
-Meet customer's special requirements so as to do credit to APL's reputation as a world-class company, by customer's satisfaction with APL's service and willingness to extend business relationship with APL;
-Answer customer's daily enquiry;
-Handle daily enquiries from customer, solve problems together with customer;
-Send loading info to party concerned to ensure consistent follow-up of special account;
-Take care of global account;
-Documentation processing.
Requirement:
-University graduate;
-Good command of both spoken and written English;
-Excellent communication & inter-personal skill;
-Willing to work under pressure.
