1.Job Description
To develop and upgrade an enterprise content management system (ECM) based on 
Documentum products, to maintain source code of the system and to provide solu
tions to problems.

1.1Job Details:
1.1.1.	Migrate or upgrade the application when underlying Documentum product i
s changed or upgraded.
1.1.2.	Develop new module or update existing module if any customer requiremen
ts.
1.1.3.	Maintain code base according coding criterion.
1.1.4.	Troubleshoot, provide solutions.
1.1.5.	Interact with oversea team members
	
2. Job Requirements & Skills Required
-Bachelor degree or above holder in Computer Science or Engineering related ar
ea.
-Requires solid HTML/DHTML/CSS/Javascript knowledge
-Good understanding of J2ee architecture: JSP, Servlet, Taglib
-Good at XML Concepts and related development skills
-Experienced in J2EE application server, Websphere
-Familiar with: SQL, Eclipse
-Have good team work sprits.
